The startup Goosto.mx needed to redesign its shopping experience to make it easier for its customers to buy products by date.

Customer needs

The client needed end users to have access to order dishes according to the day of the week. That's why we created this experience 

Project challenges

  • Present all available information organized by days.

  • Make it easy for users to buy without having an account.

  • Provide a personalized experience, with the user's name on every order

  • Do remarketing of abandoned carts, sending messages by mail and whatsapp. 

Solutions

Everyone can order

Users who do not have an account, can use their cell phone to start ordering, at the end of the purchase, an account will be generated with that data. 

Clear and personalized account

Users have their shopping cart available at all times, at the bottom of the site they see the accumulated total accompanied by their name or the generic name "Visitor" if there is no account.

Conclusion

This project has been very nourishing, it was done through Design Sprints and allowed me to understand a little more about how a Dark Kitchen works.
