The client needed a modern and easy to use platform, which would allow the purchase of online courses and publication of events of the Construction Industry Training Institute..
Project challenges
- Facilitate the creation and administration of courses and events for each delegation.
- Offer shoppers automatic discounts that are generated based on their user information.
- Create tools for users to save, share or assist in content.
- Create tools to enable users and delegations to communicate in a fluid and direct manner.
Solutions
Content management
Each delegation can create and manage its contents through a front-end panel, and contents can be created from "Templates" to save time.
Store coupons
Each month, credit balance coupons are pre-loaded for users using their Chamber registration email address. So when users create their account, they already have the balance waiting to be consumed
In addition, the store offers discounts according to the type of user.
Favorites, Share or attend
Users can save content that interests them for later purchase. You can share each content on social networks and you can declare that you want to attend an event.
Send a message or make a call.
Users can send emails, WhatsApp messages or call the delegation with one click.
Conclusion
This project was especially interesting because of the challenge of considering 4 types of users, their interests and needs.
The result of this first version of the platform has been particularly satisfactory thanks to the implementation of Design Sprints and the Design Thinking philosophy.
The company has requested the development of a second, more sophisticated version and a native mobile application.
